Amethyst rectangle stone 1 1/8" wide, 1 9/16" long and 5/16" thick. The width including the sterling silver setting is 1 1/2" wide and 1 7/8" long.
The stone comes from Uruguay. The pendant was hand
crafted with fine sterling silver in Brazil. The bale and settings are
sterling silver. It is in the nature of quartz that there are what appears to be cracks within the stone, however the stone itself is not cracked. It is these apparent "cracks" that add interest to this natural stone.
The simple sterling silver setting enables the beauty of the amethyst
stone to stand out. I also have an amethyst pendant, like
this one, in a set with earrings. |
